Can you believe we are just a week away from the premiere of "Murder at Cafe Noir"? This production has been performed all over the country, and in many different scales. We felt that Monticello deserved a turn. What a fantastic way to spend a Friday or Saturday night. Hurry and get your tickets today. They are selling fast!

Who's ready to laugh.....a lot?

It's time for 5 Women Wearing the Same Dress auditions. Please come out and join us. The auditions are at 7pm. No need to bring anything, except a sense of humor, and some spunk. We are very excited to bring this show to Monticello, and hope that you will help us do that. The cast is made up of 5 females and one male, but it takes a village to put on a show. We could always use help with "backstage" jobs, and miscellaneous help during shows. Please call the number listed above, come by an audition, respond to this post, or respond by Facebook if you are interested in helping out or would like to act in the show. Did you see the Flamingos?

Over the weekend we performed Flamingo Court to nearly sold out audiences. The show was well received and we really enjoyed making you laugh. We really appreciate all of you that came out to see the show, and everyone involved in putting on the show. It brings us great joy to bring theater to the community, and to entertain the masses. Yes, we do exist!

This last Saturday we had the chance to participate in Monticello's annual Walk and Roll. Despite the rain, we had a great turnout. We really appreciate every one of you that took a minute to stop by, say hello, and eat some candy. What seemed to be the running theme of the morning was that many of you were not aware that Monticello had a Community Theater. We are here to assure you that we do exist, and have been around for several years now. We are so grateful to have had the chance to make our theater known to our community.

Here is where you guys come in. Could you please spread the word about us? Tell everyone you know about our blog. Like us on Facebook. Come see our shows,  and bring your friends. We love what we do, and would love to share that with every person in Monticello. Our next show "Flamingo Court" will be presented June 21st, 22nd and 23rd at 7:00pm with a matinee performance on Saturday the 23rd at 2:00pm. Come out and see what we are all about.
